Order & Delivery Policy
Placing an order can be done from the website. Should you place the order from the website, you have to be sure that personal data is correct and updated. We suggest Customers to proof-read the order form several times before validating the order. We are neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.
Always keep the transaction details with you for reference.
We deliver our products within the UAE. Shipping will be done by Us or a third-party courier.
Delivery fees of 30 AED will be charged for orders below 150 AED.
Oman – Dhs 50 per item
Pakistan – Dhs 70 per item
Express Delivery Dhs 70 for Dubai / Sharjah
Order Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are also not processed on weekends and holidays.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item without prior notice to you. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Order Acknowledgement and updates
We will keep you informed of your order status via Contact Nos and mails.
Delivery of the Order / Timings
Orders are delivered within:
- 3 Working Days for Dubai & Sharjah
- 5 Working Days for the Other Emirates
- 7 – 10 Working Days for Oman
- 10 – 14 Working Days for Pakistan
from the Order Date (Friday, Saturday & Public Holidays are not accountable).
Orders will be delivered in the Company’s Standard Working Hours 10 am to 8 Pm Sunday to Thursday. In case of Non-Availability of the Customer or Payment upon Delivery, then the Order is rescheduled for Delivery within the next 3 Working Days, extra Shipping Charges will be applicable.
Once the Order delivered to the customer, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify all the details of the Order & the Products.
